@AmericanAir Also — let’s not forget I called at 7:45am to figure out if I can get on an earlier flight, was told I was going to get a call back in two hours since they’re so backed up, and it’s now 1:17pm (5.5 hours after I initially called) and was not called back. Seriously, @AmericanAir?
