Hey @AmexUK I have your @MarriottBonvoy card & tried repeatedly to transfer points from card to my Bonvoy account and go round in circles. Search transfer points on your site it brings up the transfer calculator. It requires you to log in. Do that & back to account homepage #help

Bags finally arrive almost 2 hours after landing. Baggage Enquiries aka a telephone! Due to high demand unable to take calls! #Swissport take bags from the plane then leave them on carts because they don’t have a driver! 2/3

Yesterday I experienced how not to run a successful team! @Ryanair @BristolAirport and @swissportNews combine to make one of the worst teams I have ever witnessed! @Ryanair flight leaves 2 hours late! No comms! @BristolAirport baggage hall No staff to be seen! 1/3

Tests above were cancelled in line with UK Gov guidance on arrivals tests. Form was received 9th January 2022. Now 15th March, 65 days later & yet to receive refund. Awful customer service. Expect better from @ExpressTestUK Please advise where my £138 is. #CustomerService

25 years on from Fatty Lewis fitting our roof on behalf of Bryn Cartwright Roofing and storm Eunice has pulled it down.
As a committee we have decided not to seek any compensation from Mr Cartwright as it didn’t end well for Fatty when he fell off it in ‘97 #FattysLeg 🔴⚫️
