@Avianca I was just told by a phone agent that I cannot redeem Lifemiles for star alliance partner @AirCanada? The flight shows available to book on the Lifemiles page but the crashes when I try and add passengers. How long until this gets fixed?

@HawaiianAir I get that I will need to pay the difference in fare but question: If my outbound and return flight have different confirmations (both on Hawaiian Airlines) and my return flight is not within the Waiver window but outbound is, can I reschedule both only paying the change in fair?

@HawaiianAir Agents just told me that my fight was not eligible for a waiver because, although my departure date to KOA was within the waiver window, my return date was not. Sounds a little crazy! How can I fly back if I cant fly there?

@HawaiianAir Can you please clarify your policy? Do both flights of a roundtrip need to be between August 21, 2018 through August 26, 2018 to qualify for the Travel Waiver?
