The PATHWAY Study is pleased to announce the results of our trial which found that Group Metacognitive Therapy (MCT) significantly improves symptoms of #anxiety and #depression in #cardiac rehabilitation patients.

It’s been an exciting day for our team as we had our first training day for PATHWAY Beacons! Thanks to our beacons sites for a great day! Excellent step forward in our evaluation of rolling out group MCT into cardiac rehabilitation services in the NHS across the UK!
