Just 10 more proton sessions to go.
Then… London.
Today we officially received confirmation of Braelyn’s pre-apheresis and leukapheresis appointments in the UK for DCVax immunotherapy.
This is getting real.
We are excited.
We are nervous.
We are hopeful.
Today was also her second Avastin infusion.
Some moments today were hard. The fatigue is real. The hair loss is accelerating. Radiation swelling continues to affect her speech and cognition at times.
But she still finds ways to smile at me between all of it.
I know these aren’t the best photos - she doesn’t always cooperate when I want to take her picture.
But this is what fighting looks like sometimes.
Exhaustion.
Courage.
Humor.
Fear.
Hope.
All in the same room.
And somehow, despite everything, we are now only weeks away from beginning the next phase we fought so hard to reach.
June 1st. London. DCVax process begins!

Mr. Mitts is $NWBO's non-testifying consulting expert and its attorney. $NWBO claims Citadel is harassing Mr. Mitts and attempting to drive up litigation costs over an improper subpoena. The subpoena asks for Mr. Mitts to turn over "troves of privileged information" which $NWBO claims is protected from disclosure. Who Is Joshua Mitts? CV: law.columbia.edu/sites/default/… Mr. Mitts and $NWBO executed a formal engagement letter on August 29, 2022. Mr. Mitts resume states, in relevant part: "...advises on the analysis of trading data in connection with high-frequency market manipulation and securities violations. He has extensive experience supporting the U.S. Department of Justice." It's no wonder why Citadel is trying to obtain Mr. Mitts communications.

Perhaps. Some would argue that Maryland's reward for that is the fact they're considered with 6 losses and have an RPI to get them in the conversation.
Maybe the committee chooses to do just that though. They haven't in awhile, but this is a weird year for sure

@College_Crosse If Duke gets in over Maryland then the committee decided to override every orthodoxy that has guided it up to this point. Yale & Maryland in and it shouldn’t be controversial. Duke decided to play a cupcake schedule.

Maryland has 1 more T20 win. The SOS is fair, and perhaps the committee chooses to value it.
However, Maryland went 1-6 against T10 teams. The schedule allowed them to be in the mix with 7 wins. One more win and Maryland is in without question. They couldn't get over the hump

@mcummings29 It's in the bylaws that conference opponents can't meet in the first round, so Duke going to UNC and UVA is about the only thing I can guarantee won't happen.

Richmond is going to wind up finishing 3rd in RPI. They’ll also finish with a Top 5 win over Cornell. UNC despite having 5 T10 wins, didn’t have any of them land in the T5.
Wouldn’t be *too* shocked if the committee winds up giving the Spiders the 3 seed.
