Dear cryptocurrency optimists I agree with Ansem here. It's time to lock in. Been cautious since Q4 25, but I think we're forming our mini-cycle bottom base here. I'm still split on the lows of this base being in already or that we need one leg lower into the macro mid-range. Anyway, I think we're in the process of forming our bottom. Attention faded, and people fully pivoted into AI, robotics, and trading cards. 1 - Have a plan to allocate again. Could be DCA, or maybe after certain triggers around the key level. Personally, I chose to scale in slowly. I think that even if this is just a local bottom going into July, some altcoins could pump hard from here and not revisit these levels, even if Bitcoin eventually makes a lower low. I'm allocating into some altcoin swing setups (with invalidation levels) here, then wait for further macro allocation if Bitcoin either reclaims the macro range high above us or sweeps the mid-range in the low 50s. 2 - Pay attention to what sectors grab the attention early and pump hard. It'll tell you a lot about where to focus if the market does reverse. I still think we're in the macro cycle, gold and stocks are in, and that we are forming a mini-cycle bottom here. Other sectors did something similar: macro cycle → mini cycle → blow-off pump macro. Crypto has been mirroring those moves with a lag since the early 2020s. Might still take a while, maybe more chop and maybe (50/50 for me) one more leg down. But it's time to lock in for the catch-up trade, imo.
