Been lots of reflection on how we teach it though & what to focus on, particularly for those students less data minded.

Had a generally positive experience introducing R in 2nd year UG with plenty of handholding! Gives a nice introduction & no more scary than excel & SPSS. Try to sell the “why” which Shaun does a great job of getting across in the BASES piece.
