- Someone appears to have suffered roughly $300-500K in slippage losses due to a fat-finger mistake. Trader #0x61e6 sold 3.165B $ASTEROID ($1.2M) for 313 $ETH, likely realizing an estimated 38% loss. The sale accounted for 0.7523% of the total supply, and considering the ASTEROID/WETH pool only held 819 $ETH before the swap, dumping 313 $ETH worth was exceptionally large. As a result, the chart showed a 38.37% crash within a single second before bots bought the dip and restored the price roughly 50 seconds later. On top of that, 1.56 $ETH (0.5%) was additionally paid as a BananaGun fee from the 313 $ETH received. Trader #0x61e6 realized the mistake immediately after the sell and bought back 1.5B $ASTEROID with 300 $ETH.
