OKX Europe CEO Says Binance App Is No Longer on Google Play Store...
The first enforcement case involving a crypto exchange operating without any regulation in the European Union has been reported by @OKX Europe CEO Erald (@EraldOnChain).
The @Binance app has already been pulled from the Google Play Store for Android due to the strict licensing requirements being enforced by regional regulators under MiCA.
Erald warns that additional non-compliant platforms, including MEXC and Bitunix, face imminent removal as authorities move to secure the regional digital economy.
