I received my first COVID-19 haircut by my wife today. You know what they say: "the difference between a good haircut versus a bad haircut - about 2 weeks". That applies to COVID-19 haircuts as well. Retired teachers make great home barbers/hair stylists.

Delivered an evening meal to my almost 90 year old father yesterday. As I was leaving he asked, “what’s the difference between a virus and a bacteria”. Wow what a great question! I had to rapidly change hats from a son to an Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist. Thanks dad.

I thought it would be great to have a poem to celebrate spring and take our minds off all that is happening in the world #COVID19. This was written by my daughter in 8th grade. She is now a wife, mother of 2 boys and a pediatric CT nurse at Mott Children’s hospital.
