@mealpal sucks. They make it very difficult to pause or cancel.
I tried to pause my plan on Thursday 1/11 and instead of pausing it, they send me a reply asking me if I was sure. I followed up saying I wanted to pause and my plan is still not paused and no reply as of 1/14

@mealpal I don't seem to be able to DM you. I have already sent a message to cancel my membership. I received a reply that pausing does not happen immediately and my account could not be paused until 1/18 and I would lose my credits that are left over. I am sick of your service

Unfortunate that the food from Naya at the Brookfield Place, NYC through @mealpal wasn’t as great as expected; the portion was little and it was also cold unfortunately. Disappointed. 😔

@mealpal Hey meal pal, when customers put a hold on their accounts for vacation, do you erase all the accumulated credits on their account when they resume? Bc that's what happened to me!
@mealpal - i was exploring the mealpal portal yesterday and never opted for any meal plan but while doing backspace the mealplan was added and money was deducted - kindly review and revert the money deducted.

Just now tried the chicken tikka masala bowl from Inday FiDi through @mealpal. Good portion, served fresh and ideal place for a regular lunch on an office day. The only downside was that the food was not much spicy; overall good experience.
Exploring new local restaurants through @mealpal. My lunch today was Chicken Cutlet #CurryRice@StoneKorean. Korean Curry Rice tasted very much like Japanese Curry Rice. But the volume was just right. #韓国カレー
