@waistwhisp3r No worries, it’s not rude! I used to be on meds for that and I never had them; brain zaps are considered to be a result of stopping or reducing medicine that reduces serotonin uptake, not starting them/being on them, so you should be good!

@mealseigen I don’t mean to be rude or anything but is this similar to like the brain zaps to help w depression/bpd? ive been wanting to get them tk keep me sane but I’m scared

Just four more months of dealing with this university. I’ll miss this country, but not all of the bullshit admin they’re making me do for the sake of an education.

I hate having this anxiety disorder. Almost every second I’m not numbing my head, I find living terrifying.

I won’t let the doctors see that I’ve slit my wrists when they make me wear a short sleeve, so I won’t go to the doctors. It’s as simple as that.

I hate this.

I can avoid it, or they can see my self-harm, malnourishment, and built-up serotonin in my system. That’s not happening. It’s not. I refuse to go.

I think they want me to do a health check again, but if they do, I’m not showing up. I don’t care. I’m sure even if they get on my case for that, it will cause me less issues than actually going, and them seeing the state of me.

I hope all the stress my body seems to be under is at least raising my BMR, I feel so weak and twitchy. As the years go on, my organs seem to be less and less tolerant of my treatment of them. It's validating, in a way, but it makes every day life a lot harder.
