Our official Insta and FB accounts are suspended because an associated private account MAY have violated community guidelines. More than 8 days and no response, it's hella frustrating coz 4 years of hardwork.

Hello @InstagramComms can you please let us if there is any policy guideline where you suspend a business account because a private account associated with it may have violated community guidelines? That's exactly what happened to our Insta acc and it's frustrating.

Please look into this matter, it is only unfair to suspend a business account because (not sure) a private account associated with it violated your community guidelines.

@foodpanda_pk has the most pathetic support/helpline model. They use chat option which takes ages to connect and representatives are lazy and simply not trained enough. Come on foodpanda you can do better.
