[ ALIEN STAGE ] 음원 사용 가이드라인 (업데이트: 2026. 01. 08.) 1. 허용되는 콘텐츠 유형 1) 커버 영상 (Vocal Cover) : · 원곡의 Content ID를 유지해야 하며, 개별적인 광고 수익 창출은 불가합니다. · 가창을 위한 키(Key) 조절은 허용되나, 저작권 식별 회피를 목적인 인위적인 피치(Pitch)나 속도 변조는 금지됩니다. · 연주 커버(Instrumental Cover)는 반드시 info@alienstageofficial.com 이메일을 통해 사전 문의 및 승인을 득해야 합니다. 2) 리액션 콘텐츠 (Reaction) : · 2026년 1월 12일(KST) 이후 업로드되는 리액션 영상은 반드시 원곡의 Content ID를 유지해야 하며, 제작자에게 귀속되는 광고 수익 창출은 제한됩니다. 3) 뮤직비디오 활용 및 팬 영상 (Fan-made Edit) : · 공식 뮤직비디오 전체를 그대로 재업로드하는 행위는 금지됩니다. · 공식 영상을 활용한 2차 편집(팬 영상 스타일) 게시물은 허용되나, 음원 출처를 명확히 표기하고 Content ID를 유지해야 합니다. As part of this process, we are sharing an update regarding the secondary creation guidelines for our music. The tracks released to date were produced in collaboration with our former partner, STUDIO LICO. We have clearly outlined these standards to ensure that you can continue your creative activities with peace of mind. Please note that guidelines for future music releases may be partially adjusted depending on the circumstances of our new partners. We will provide immediate notice should any changes occur. Thank you for your unwavering love for ALIEN STAGE. We look forward to seeing your incredible creative works. [ ALIEN STAGE ] Music Usage Guidelines (Updated: 2026. 01. 08.) 1. Permitted Content Types 1) Vocal Covers · The original Content ID must be maintained; individual ad revenue generation is not permitted. · Adjusting the Key for singing is allowed, but any artificial alteration of Pitch or Speed intended to bypass copyright identification is prohibited. · For Instrumental Covers, you must obtain prior approval by contacting us at info@alienstageofficial.com. 2) Reaction Content · For reaction videos uploaded after January 12, 2026 (KST), the original Content ID must be maintained. Ad revenue generation for the creator is restricted. 3) Use of Music Videos & Fan-made Edits · Re-uploading the official music video in its entirety is prohibited. · Secondary edits (fan-made styles) using official footage are permitted, provided the source of the music is clearly credited and the Content ID is maintained. (Monetization is not permitted.) 4) Use of Instrumental (Inst) Tracks · Only officially released Instrumental versions may be used. The use of AI-extracted versions or unofficial arrangements is strictly prohibited. 2. Prohibited Activities 1) No Commercial Use: Distributing the music for a fee or registering it on streaming platforms (e.g., Melon, Spotify, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Please submit any proposals for official music distribution or partnerships to the email address below. 2) No BPM (Tempo) Modifications: While the Key of the music may be changed, any editing that alters the original BPM (Tempo) is not permitted. 3) No Remastering or Sampling: Any processing that damages the identity of the original work—such as structural modifications, remixing, or sampling—is prohibited. 3. Titling & Crediting Guide 1) The original song title must be included when uploading. Titles that may be misleading or confusing are prohibited. Miscellaneous 1) All content must be uploaded while maintaining the Content ID. Any attempts to artificially bypass this system may result in legal action. 2) If you wish to monetize content beyond the scope of these guidelines or use the music for commercial purposes, you must obtain prior consultation and enter into an official licensing agreement via the email below.
