17-YEAR-OLD GIRL STABBED IN NECK, ATTACKER IS 30-YEAR-OLD MAN OF PAKISTANI HERITAGE Lancashire Police have confirmed that the man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder is a 30-year-old man of Pakistani heritage.
