@michaelcollado Happened to me years ago. I cancelled it like you did. They never deleted my account either despite me phoning Netflix to do so. I had to ring up the bank to charge it back and also block Netflix from taking any payments from my account.

Netflix decided to randomly charge me and restart my account a couple days ago. I bet I’m not the first person this has happened to. Whichever law firm wants to begin the class action, I’ll happily be your lead plaintiff.
