@medchsb In traditional sports, if I am a Man United fan, I am also a fan of football overall. So I will watch Arsenal v Tottenham as well or the Champions League final. Esports/LR fans are more fickle, which is the frustration of the tweet and why esports is unsustainable overall.

Now they're gone will Los Ratones fans: A) Follow a new team, maybe get involved in watching grassroots teams in ERLs, supporting the future of esports B) Cry in every KC, MKOI, Fnatic tweets and LEC chat about viewership and the death of League esports.

@TwitchManiakk1 @DShyKnock I feel the same way. I will change my mind if Caedral turns LR into a real org or franchising gets dropped, but at the moment LR is just a short term novelty that took advantage of the fact that Riot doesn’t care about building a real sports product and just wants views.

@DShyKnock The official broadcast with amazing casting? LR isn't the "English audience", it was a fun novelty that could have been better integrated. That's the end of the story. This was never an org, so never long term. This was a specific 5- man that lost novelty by not stream scrimming
