BIG, BOLD CHANGE. Of our four values at Medha, ‘put the student first’ has always resonated the most. Whether we are facilitating an enriching experience for a student or ensuring our work with the government truly impacts the last mile, our singular focus on what is in the best interest of students has always guided our decisions, strategy, and investment. Today, we are thrilled to announce a new visual identity for Medha, including a new logo that reinforces our commitment to student centricity. It represents young people’s aspirations, goals, and purpose and our promise to support each one of them on their unique journeys. Join us in the celebration and launch of our new visual identity. And the BIG, BOLD, CHANGE it represents for Medha. *’BIG, BOLD, CHANGE’ is borrowed from our forever friends and supporters at Echoing Green #MedhaOrg #MedhaReimagined #newlook #newlogo

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫? 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐠𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐤. Accessibility, scalability, and personalization—three of the biggest challenges in delivering social impact. Limited resources make it hard to reach more people, one-size-fits-all solutions often fall short, and those who need support the most are the hardest to reach. Find out how AI-powered chatbots are tackling these challenges and transforming healthcare, education, and community initiatives in our latest blog by Mohil Joshi. 🔗 Read the full blog here: medha.org.in/how-chatbots-a… #MedhaOrg #TheForceIsStrong #BlogPost #Ai #Chatbots #SocialImpact #Future

Medha started in 2011, and over the years, we've had many milestones and learnings. One of the biggest came in 2017 when we partnered with the Government of Uttar Pradesh through the Directorate of Training and Employment to pilot an employability skills program. This collaboration laid the foundation for scaling our work, leading to future partnerships, including a statewide initiative in Haryana to train 54 Employability Skills Instructors (ESIs). Since then, these ESIs have trained more instructors, ensuring that employability skills continue to be embedded in vocational training across the state. What started as a pilot is now a part of the system, with trained instructors driving career-readiness efforts within their institutions. In our latest blog, Saurabh Rai revisits this pivotal moment and how collaborating with the government helped us expand our impact. 🔗 Read more about our journey here: medha.org.in/redefining-emp… #MedhaOrg #TheForceIsStrong #BlogPost #Employabilityskills #redefining #collaboration

This International Women’s Day, we asked senior women leaders at Medha: 'What is one shift they’ve noticed that makes them optimistic about young women shaping the future of the social sector?' Their responses highlight a change in the status quo. Young women are asserting themselves in workplaces, driving change in communities, and redefining leadership. They are driving a more inclusive, collaborative, and forward-thinking social sector. #MedhaOrg #TheForceIsStrong #HappyInternationalWomensDay #Womensday #Leadership

Jab Medha turned 14, we went all out with energy, joy, and the spirit of Ubuntu in between! To match the adventurous teenage vibe, we headed straight to the playground for some classic fun—lemon spoon races, three-legged races, sack races, and an exhilarating game of Kho-Kho. But what’s a celebration without a touch of glamour? Our cultural night was all about dressing to the nines, singing, dancing, and coming together to honor a remarkable journey—14 years of supporting over 2 lakh young people to embark on rewarding career paths. This milestone wasn’t just a celebration of the past but also a renewal of our collective zeal and enthusiasm for the future. With more milestones, transformative change, and joyful moments on the horizon, we’re ready to keep building a world where youth can chase their dreams fearlessly. Here’s to 14 incredible years of growth, teamwork, and staying forever young at heart! #MedhaOrg #TheForceIsStrong #FoundationDay #Medhaturns14 #Celebrations #Ubuntu #Journey #Teamwork #Growth

On December 13-14, 2024, the Young Innovators Conclave & RISE Jhansi Hackathon 2.0 brought together aspiring entrepreneurs, industry experts, and students. Organized by RLBCAU, RISE - JHANSI in collaboration with Medha, and ASCI, this two-day event created a platform for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovation. Participants explored entrepreneurship through case studies, panel discussions, and speaker sessions. The event's centerpiece was a pitching competition, where more than 40 talented innovators from 6 states, including 6 Youthscape Green Fellows, presented their business ideas to a distinguished jury for awards and seed funding. Prior to the event, these participants received expert mentorship, honing their pitching and presentation skills to confidently showcase their ideas in 2 categories – Bankable Idea and Innovative Idea. 🎉 Congratulations to Suman Kumar and our Youthscape Fellow, Adeeba Fatima, for winning 1st prize in the Innovative Idea category with their resourceful solution—using mycelium as a sustainable alternative to non-biodegradable Thermocol for packaging! 🌱 🎮 More reasons to celebrate as Team Nimbus Gaming, a gaming gear company from Jhansi, took home ₹1,00,000 for winning the Bankable Idea category with their exceptional innovation! 👏 Kudos to everyone involved in making this event a success, and to our partners for supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs. The future of innovation is bright! ✨ #MedhaOrg #TheForceIsStrong #YoungInnovatorConclave #Startups #Ideas #RiseJhansi #entrepreneurs #students
