@Paulh253 @YahooCare Go for it! I somehow got mine to work again without there help but they're management and customer care actions are a total joke. Obviously still hundreds without Access since 2 weeks ...

@YahooCare What in the hell for? I've had no access to my email accounts for 13 days through no fault of my own. And Yahoo won't give them back unless I jump through hoops I'm going to consider legal action this is awful

@YahooCare finally called the customer care team Why are the security options so damn hard? I've had no access to my account for 13 days. How the hell am I going to know about emails sent. Subject and full email address of the recipient Yahoo are responsible for this fix it!

@Kellhirst6 @YahooCare Then when I try too often they block you from trying again for several hours... So right now I'm blocked from trying... But the main issue is getting the second verification step done.

@Kellhirst6 @YahooCare I'm logged out and need to login with 2FA I got Backup mail Adress phone number and device. I get a code via email but need to take a second step SMS which I don't receive. Sometimes depends on how I try they also wanna send notification to the phone which doesn't arrive

@YahooCare @melinosaurus I did. Again. Do you even know that people have businesses? Others financial services connected or healthcare services? For some of them you need your damn email account.. even if you wanna change email address you need to verify the old one first...

@YahooCare @melinosaurus I told you I'm blocked again because I tried.. but yes when I'm not blocked I had all options recovery mail, phone number and device. But device and SMS doesn't work. So whatever.

@YahooCare no im just doing this for fun. of course i am! the second 2FA Step doesnt work and you keep blocking me again for 24 hrs from the system. what else shall i do than try and repeat if you´re not helping.
