I do mean that. I came back today because I feel so helpless. Waiting to hear. What do you do at a time like this? You do what you can. You thank those who helped you, when you couldn't help yourself. That's what you do.

For a spot of positivity, please know that I only survived last year due to people who believed so strongly in my work they kept supporting me, even when I was too ill to do it. Individuals have immense power to help others. Don't forget that.
