@MrP575 @mmmmmmmmiller @Pesozz But netease can't risk experimenting with skins for new characters back to back, so they trickle in the new character skins every once in a while with skins for characters that they KNOW will sell well to minimize the risk incurred and keep consistent cash flow

@MrP575 @mmmmmmmmiller @Pesozz He quite literally stated that all characters will get legendaries at some point and the reception/sales of these skins will indicate whether or not they sell more skins for that character. Thats likely what occurred with Peni/Namor and why they now have multiple legendaries
