Trading is often seen as a fast way to make money, but the truth is that successful trading is built on discipline, patience, and self control. One of the biggest mistakes traders make is believing they must always be in the market. In reality, knowing when to step back is just as important as knowing when to enter a trade. Taking a break when necessary is not weakness. It is wisdom. The market will always be there tomorrow, next week, and next year. But your mindset, emotions, and health matter more. When emotions like anger, frustration, fear, or overconfidence start controlling decisions, mistakes become expensive. Sometimes the best trade is no trade at all. A clear mind sees opportunities better than a stressed mind. Another important lesson in trading is to execute only what you truly understand. Many people lose money trying strategies they saw online without fully knowing how they work. Copying others blindly can lead to confusion and losses. Every trader should focus on building knowledge, testing strategies, understanding risk, and sticking to systems they personally trust and understand. Do not trade because people are making noise. Do not enter because of pressure or hype. Trade because your setup, analysis, and understanding give you confidence. Consistency does not come from luck. It comes from repeating what you know with discipline. In trading, patience protects capital, discipline protects emotions, and knowledge protects decisions. Learn continuously, rest when necessary, and never be ashamed to pause and reset. A trader who survives and stays consistent will always have another opportunity.

Key Points on Day 3 - Capitalizing on Thursday Expansions (Bias and Entries Combined) with @boiscofield - Your Storyline criteria: 1. Sweep/Rejection/Imbalance (FVG) 2. Candle closures. 3. Breakout/BOS - A storyline that begins at a key level would most likely end on an opposing key level. Same thing applies to liquidity. - After your rejection on the HTF, your breakout or break of structure on the immediate LTF confirms that rejection.(E.g. Monthly to Weekly, Weekly to Daily). - The primary purpose of your break of structure/breakout is to validate your direction. Price doesn't have to come back to that level. - The same thing that validates a candle that has rejected can validate a candle that is rejecting but the difference is that you can trust a candle that has rejected more. - Before building your storyline, identify your structure. - To understand your storyline, you must be able to answer the W questions. 1. Where is price coming from? 2. What is price doing currently? 3. Where is price headed towards? - There are no awards for best in using tight stop loss. At least cover one more key level or liquidity. - For your bias focus on the Monthly, Weekly and Daily TF and for entries, your H4, H2, H1 etc. - Understand if you are in a reversal phase or expansion phase in alignment with the structure. - Stop looking for fellow partners in SL to feel better. - Always check your daily TF even if you have been on the charts all week. - Success is not for those who know how to do it but those who are doing it. that's where execution comes in. Finally, don't limit yourself to just what was shared here. Do your study, have your data. From there comes the conviction you need. Have a profitable week.

Two truths can coexist. 1. Arsenal as a TEAM were exceptional this season. 2. There’s no single Arsenal Player with an outstanding performance this season.
