I love doing these visits because they help me connect with our customers beyond the screen, on a more personal level, and also get more detailed feedback. Most companies today look at customers as numbers, statistics or targets like views, orders and revenue. But behind every order or every rupee of revenue is a person who trusted you enough to try something you built. That is why I don’t believe businesses are really D2C or B2B. At the end of the day, everything is H2H. Human to human. The more we remember this, the better the businesses we build will be. @onlywhatsneeded

From 1st April, commissions paid by AMCs will exclude GST. Distributors who are not GST registered will receive only the base payout (roughly ~15% lower earnings). With nearly 90% of distributors estimated to be non-GST compliant, many smaller IFAs, GST compliance (invoicing, filing, reconciliation with RTAs) may not be worth the effort. This could push them to operate through platforms that handle compliance. If this leads to consolidation of smaller distributors onto platforms, companies like Prudent Corp could see structural benefits through higher IFA aggregation and AUM over time.

Hey neil, Gold and silver were at all-time highs in January. Did Mint advise investors to sell or book profits at that time? You also forgot to mention insurance companies and brokers who did not advise selling equities at higher levels. In addition, several large investors who invest billions through family offices didn’t booked profits in DIRECT mutual funds in September 2024. Frankly, your view appears biased and more like narrative generation rather than a complete analysis. It does not present a full 360-degree perspective.

@ActusDei Mutual fund is not buy and sale game. Mutual fund is attached to goal when you achieve goal you can sell anytime. People invest in mutual fund for mental peace and long term goal like retirement, children education ; children's marriage etc.

Why no mutual fund/influencer ever asks you to SELL!
