Here's an edited clip of an interview @GarthWebbSS Grade 10 student Leia Patel - one of several students interviewed today - and teacher Ian Duncan (@Mister_Duncan) conducted with the @CBCNews this morning as part of the network's coast-to-coast coverage of #RemembranceDay .

The @CBCNews is spending part of the day @GarthWebbSS covering a Remembrance Day project by Gr. 10 History students called ‘Lost Letters’. It involves the creation of supersized letters detailing a soliders’ history and other info gathered through research. @deanasumanac

.@GarthWebbSS celebrated Iftar on April 21. Iftar is the Arabic word meaning to break a fast during #RamadanMubarak . This is a time when Muslims gather with their family and sit down to have their first meal at sunset every evening during the fasting month of Ramadan.
