You think Sudan and South Sudan are the same country don’t you. Why am I not shocked? You actually do need to be Arab to have an Arab state. Indonesia is Muslim, it’s the most populous Muslim country in the world. It’s not an Arab state. Arabic is also not a first language in Somalia it’s Somali spoken by about 95% of the population. This is why African people find it increasingly hard to empathize with the Middle East. You know nothing about our continent.
