@megredan If you’re still in Singapore go to the ion shopping centre , Singapore airlines service centre. They’ll likely resolve things much faster in person , versus call centre support. You can make an appointment online to save queuing

We are not being put in touch with anyone who can confirm reimbursement
This is essential equipment for a disabled toddler
Please escalate urgently and confirm today we can replace and be reimbursed in full

This is a safety issue for a disabled infant and legal requirement of car seat in Singapore.
We can see the bag is at CDG via AirTag.
