£16,000 business class seats with @SingaporeAir and they lose our infant’s car seat/stroller. Ok, things happen. 15 working days to decide on reimbursing essential equipment that’s legally required in Singapore? For a disabled little boy? This is not acceptable.

@megredan If you’re still in Singapore go to the ion shopping centre , Singapore airlines service centre. They’ll likely resolve things much faster in person , versus call centre support. You can make an appointment online to save queuing
