Dead Kittie - Megan Majewski

My newest AR. Created for my solo show this summer on my painting “Floki”. I love adding these little secrets to my pieces.

First main project of the year. Painting a lovely little mural!

Dissecting my childhood. Cutting open Care Bears sounds horrific, but it’s actually quite cute.

The process of varnishing. I start with a few layers of medium for an isolation coat before using a UV protective varnish.

This Thanksgiving weekend, make sure to eat the pumpkin pie before he eats you.

Back into the studio after taking the summer off. The return of the rainy weather will get me back to the indoors.

To what destinations do the portals within these creatures lead?

Added AR to one of my newest paintings! And it works on the prints too. Loving having these secrets within my paintings.

The AR butterflies now work with my print version that doesn’t have them on it. I am loving adding these secrets into my paintings.
