@Hyundai Case manager has instructed me to drive 25 miles for inspection, but earliest slot's Sep 1. Disappointingly, no loaner vehicle offered by dealership or case manager. Since July 29th, the latest engine light error has surfaced and it's been preventing me from driving my car. 2/2

@Hyundai @Hyundai It's been 4 days of trying to reach the dealership, with 4 consecutive calls, yet no connection to the service advisor. All we're hearing is "the service advisor will contact you." And still no communication from the case manager. Frustrating experience.
