@Hyundai Case manager has instructed me to drive 25 miles for inspection, but earliest slot's Sep 1. Disappointingly, no loaner vehicle offered by dealership or case manager. Since July 29th, the latest engine light error has surfaced and it's been preventing me from driving my car. 2/2

@Hyundai The thing is my case manager, does not respond and also he is not able to advise us as well. I visited the dealership yesterday again, and there was no resolution for the car.
