I’ve been a user of @bookmakerxyz and @azuroprotocol since inception—and actually one of the top user by betting volume on Bookmaker. On July 9, their Discord was compromised. Scammers hijacked it and announced a fake TGE with a wallet drainer—using the legitimate bookmaker.xyz URL to trick users. As the TGE had been long anticipated, many thought it was legit and fell for it. Official Bookmaker comms gaslighted users by claiming no funds were compromised. I was affected, along with many others. To my knowledge, total drained funds exceed $100,000. But when we asked about reimbursement, we were ignored. I’m now considering moving all of my action to @Overtime_io , a clearly superior onchain product with transparency, comms, and actual respect for high-volume users like myself. Still, I want to keep using Bookmaker. But this treatment is unfair and unacceptable. Bookmaker and Azuro must do the right thing and make affected users whole. Below i attached screenshots of the hijacked discord message and security messages by indepented sources. Sadly the hackers deleted the whole bookmaker discord by now tho. Hoping for a quick solution also thanks to @DGbet_official team too for the mental help in this situation
