ATTENTION INMO, I stop wearing my Air 3 for awhile bcuz they are so heavy that they created marks on the bridge and sides of my nose. PLEASE MAKE DOCK ADJUSTABLE. UP, DOWN so it can be seen without having to putting the glasses on your nose. @inmoxreality

@inmoxreality Yes PLEASE MAKE THIS PRIORITY. I CAN'T WEAR THE GLASSES ANYMORE UNTIL THIS HAPPENS. And I really love them so PLEASE make this happen ASAP. Adjustable DOCK. Able to adjust UP or DOWN so I DONT HAVE TO REST THE GLASSES ON MY NOSE!! 👍🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Can't use my INMO Air 3 smart glasses. The portable mini touchpad won't connect to them. Tried hard resets, holding the camera button, resetting Bluetooth settings, using the pad on the side - all failed. Won't connect no matter what. Never had the ring. #Inmo

@mekyt9 Open Settings → System → Sensor Calibration, and try placing the glasses flat on a table to calibrate them.

@inmoxreality .. why is Spacial multi view slanted. I calibrated the sensor 3 times and it's still slanted?? PLEASE FIX

@inmoxreality Yeah I didn't that like 4 times and I just did it again. It's still slanted..

@mekyt9 Place the glasses horizontally, balanced left to right on the table. Let’s start by checking this first.

@inmoxreality Ok so I solved the problem by doing a factory reset..

@mekyt9 After the OTA update, are you unable to open the Settings menu? Did you do anything else before this happened? Also, have you downloaded any apps on the glasses?

@inmoxreality No I can't open settings, I was screen recording b4 I realized settings don't open. Yes I've downloaded many apps from the Playstore.

@inmoxreality Ok please fix this ASAP. I love the Air 3 and the new update to control spacial view with touch pad since I don't have the ring, but I can't get into settings, screen recording gets stuck when recording. Also very laggy in spacial view. PLEASE FIX ASAP🙏🏾🙏🏾
