Finishing my fast!! The food is yummy, btw if you do the same recipe, half a bouillon cube is enough what I used was way too much and the food was too salty !!

@glittersburning My biggest advice is try to get on a weight loss med because it literally will change your life and it is the best invention of the 21st-century I’m dead ass😭 it’s been so amazing

@glittersburning I’m gonna be straight with you you’re never gonna lose the weight and quit the binge eating with what ur doing. I used to do the exact same as u (b/p , restrict and stave) and it just leads you in a toxic gain and lose cycle that will never cure binging at the root.

@glittersburning I wish there was more eating disorder. Therapists for binge eating it’s kinda rare but really needed! I get all my recovery tips for BED just from trial and error and TikTok videos. I got a therapist before for binge eating but she gave absolutely horrific advice omg never again

@glittersburning Girly I was in the same boat it sucks 😭 I lost 30 lbs, gained 50, lost 10, gained 10 and forever repeated. Once I stopped restricting heavily and got on trizepitide I was able to eat normal and not binge eat while losing fast.

@mel0n828 A lot of time I keep loosing and gaining back, I actually lost more than 80lbs last year, was like 210 and gained it all back 😭😭😭
