i don't know who needs to hear this but in order to become a better person, you must first realize how horrible you really are. not in the dramatic sense, but in the quiet ways you sabotage yourself, repeat unhealthy patterns, hurt people who care about you, or tolerate what wounds you. you cannot grow if you keep pretending you’re innocent in the story you created

MY SISTER IS SICKLE CELL FREE!🥹🥲❤️
We had our sibling blood stem cell/ bone marrow transplant 17th December 2025; we got her latest blood results back, over 95% of her blood is mine!
SO grateful to our BMT team, our surgeons, nurses, HCAs.

I want to share the Bone Marrow Transplant journey between myself and my sister online. But I’ve spent yesterday holding back tears; stealing moments between appointments to cry; being angry & exhausted and crying all day today. It’s a lot. Sickle Cell isn’t an afterthought.

You will understand the importance of speaking into your life. You can literally recreate your future with the words you speak, especially when you declare the Word of God over any circumstance.
I charge you to start speaking to your finances, your marriage, your job speak and declare your expectations over all that concerns you. And watch what will happen!

Something I kinda always knew but was confirmed last year is that you can't be what you can't see. Look for ways to make your world bigger. Travel, read, befriend larger than life people.
