T - 13 days until I set off with a group of people undertaking a 9 day tour of the UK testing ourselves physically & mentally 54 hockey matches 457km of endurance challenges (a km for each British military death in Afghanistan 🇦🇫) Ben Rhydding to Portsmouth All in 9 days!!

Well this is the first half of 2023 sorted! 54 hockey matches 457km of endurance challenges Ben Rhydding to Portsmouth in 9 days!! It’s going to be tough but the pain is nothing compared to those we are raising money for ❤️💙❤️ £100k fundraising goal across men’s/ladies squads

Sportsmanship is something I learnt at an early age growing up at home and then into life at @CanterburyHC Great image captured which sums me up as a player - fiercely competitive but the game never trumps an opponent in distress Great capture @kentsportsimage 👍🏻

Nice 4-1 win to kickstart the season - then it all goes wrong when you realise all 5 @CanterburyHC ladies teams have won and it’s chairs round for the ladies in the clubhouse🙈 Payday can’t come quick enough 😂
