However, even with the funds available, Arsenal is not guaranteed to secure Zubimendi's signature. Real Sociedad is currently in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16, and Zubimendi is likely to want to stay and compete with his team. Therefore, Arsenal might have to wait until the summer transfer window if they want to bring the 24-year-old star to the Emirates. On the flip side, Arsenal could potentially part ways with midfielders Thomas Partey and Jorginho in January.
