@justinbyleth @MikeVGC If you’ve ended up in that spot they’re almost always going to switch gengar out and parting shot him back in after their double protect so if you double protect after theirs theyre unable to do that and can’t bring Gengar back into the field and you can switch out

@MikeVGC My opponent had Incin + Gengar and did double protect -> switch out gengar and parting shot it back in at the end of the turn (both of my mons were faster than incin) -> double protect, so Gengar was unhittable, I imagine the counterplay is just don't end up here to begin with?

@SoliSolitaires I feel like nasty plot goes a lot better than Aurora veil on frosslass you can set it up with a fake out and you have Sinistcha to heal and redirect
