The next time your agency tells you: "ROAS is up." Ask one question: "So what happened to profit?" Most won't have a good answer. And that's exactly the problem.

I've also seen companies cut revenue and become dramatically more profitable. Revenue is vanity. Profit is reality. This is why I wrote an entire framework around the numbers that actually matter. Because business owners deserve better than marketing theatre and vanity dashboards.
