Hello, I would like to take a moment to expose @Spartanscom for delaying streamer payments for over 18 days now. There is around 8-10 streamers that are currently waiting for 5-figs payments (that are delayed since may 1st, it's may 18th now!). Streamers are afraid to speak on this topic themselfs becaue they are worried that tweeting about it might result in them not getting paid. This has been the case in prior months as well and spartans doesn't seem to understand that it's wrong to delay people's payments for weeks. I hope that more publicity about this will push them to pay up and understand that people have bills to pay and can't just wait eternity to receive their payments. If they don't pay, more streamers will speak about this issue + I will make a very descriptive tweet about their shady activities and scams that they would prefer to sweep it under the rug. What is going on here, @500Casino? Hacksaw (and most slot studios) use standard RNG, not Provably Fair like crypto games where you can independently verify the outcome with a seed. So the only way for a player to verify the round is through the studio’s internal logs. I’m confident they have the backend data to check exactly what the round payout should have been. Claiming a "malfunction" and nuking the replay while refusing to properly verify and pay the bonus buy result just looks like they’re dodging a big payout. At the same time, it could be a visual bug, but without any way to verify it independently, it’s difficult to confirm what actually happened. Hacksaw is able to verify the rounds, and that’s what they should do. What makes it more interesting is that Hacksaw isn’t the one paying out the win, it’s @500Casino themselves. That makes me wonder if @500Casino have contacted Hacksaw at all. There is a possibility that they reported the bug but voided the bet under their own "slot malfunction" rules. I hope you get the money, or at least get your bet verified by Hacksaw.
