@RuggyICP What about a set of topp trumps style icp characters on Toko? You can actually build a game using the attribute scores that are stored on each nft. They can even interact with each other. Certain characters add +x to others if held by same wallet etc. This was something I was floating around to do myself to give an easy to follow example of how Toko's attribute scores can be used to make NFTs more interesting. I think you have a very good handle on the IC past, present and future and will show the good bad and ugly of everyone. All of this is possible atm. We are just waiting to test generators and then unless something implodes we are good to release. Anyway.. seems like a natural extension of what you do.

Odin Fun incident update: 5:35pm - A few users sold off the majority of their tokens on some of the largest tokens on Odin Fun. Most of the impact here was across less than 30 tokens. So not widespread. Not across all users. Not across the entire site. For the two most affected tokens, the main sell off occurred from a single user account (for the BURRITO token) and across 10 user accounts (for the CRYPTOBURG) token. The sell offs occurred within the same minute, so potentially coordinated or malicious. 6:00pm - Chinese users and community leaders start waking up and pinging us asking us what is going on. 6:05pm - In-depth investigation starts by Odin Fun team. 6:15pm - Users start reporting issues with their personal accounts. Mostly reporting weird things regarding their BTC balances and their tokens. 6:24pm - We found enough evidence to suggest something might be going on, so we locked down withdrawals. We continued investigating (triaging with our team). 7:06pm - We found additional evidence suggesting a potential exploit (maybe an external service was compromised, maybe an internal issue, maybe a user-specific issue). So we locked down trading / transferring / etc. 7:22pm - Bob starts writing public announcement on Twitter to keep everyone in the loop. Our entire team is working on this to figure out what is going on. I will keep you updated on what we find. Thank you for your patience!

If a team can announce a DAO closure it means the DAO was not really decentralized. Decentralized here means several things. One is that ownership of governance tokens is properly distributed. There should be no small group in charge with a majority of the vote. Another is technically ensuring actual DAO ownership of assets that belong to the DAO. A most important example of this is the source code for the DAO’s software assets. It is very disturbing to me that the Kong dev team has decided to take down the github repository with all their apparently not open source code. I would have assumed that this code belonged to the DAO and should not be closed down, at least not without proper voting procedures and preferably not at all - it is considered rather bad form, and a DAO just as any ostensible OSS contributor should have a good reason to close down open source repositories and preferably give warning and time for people who relied on the code to clone. Exceptions might include accidentally posting secrets/keys or exploits but not much else. There is afaik no good way for an SNS DAO to assume ownership of a github repository. This is imo exactly the kind of thing that it would be super helpful if @dfinity could help out with some infrastructure and solutions for, also for owning things like X accounts (and posting to them) and email accounts. Until such solutions exist, SNS DAOs are often in practice not decentralized enough, so we have to trust the goodwill of teams or even single actors. Today, with the closing of the Kong github repository, we have seen clearly why relying on such trust is not enough.
