Spreadsheets made financial modeling something ordinary companies do. Finance teams grew. The tools that scaled the work scales the teams with it. MemoryBase will change the way teams communicate. Everyone will grow with it.

A model multiplies someone's judgment. It doesn't own any. A company's output was never capped by how fast its people think. It's capped by how much of what the team knows reaches the person who needs it, when they need it.

The AI jobs debate has two camps: - That models replace workers. - That agents replace whole teams. Both assume the point of AI is good enough to do either when it's clearly not. This is the age of AI optimization, not takeover.

Any given person in a company has their work across LLMs, drives, sheets, meetings, and Slack. Completely invisible to everyone else. Teams are being limited and trapped behind their own tools.

Every company is using more AI and none of them are moving faster. Developers ship more tasks than ever and have pretty much doubled pull requests But the same study found no real link between AI adoption and actual company-level gains. Individual output is still getting bottlenecked because teams don't have the structure to deal with that kind of speed. If AI can influence teams to work together as efficiently as individuals can ship, only then we'll start seeing companies flourish from AI usage.

AI won't take your job. It will 10x it. The teams that pull ahead over the next two years won't be the ones with the best models. They'll be the ones that use it to raise what teams can do together, not just what each person can do alone.

Tool-fluency, not tool-loyalty, is going to define who builds with AI well in 2026.

You explain your role to ChatGPT. You explain your role to Claude. You explain your role to whatever tool you opened five minutes ago. By the time the conversation gets useful, you've used up half the context window.

What modern AI offers: 200k token context windows. What you actually need: the right 2k of context, pulled from the right conversation.

The fix for the bug you're staring at right now is in a chat from October.

The most expensive tokens in your monthly bill aren't the smart ones. They're the ones your AI spends re-discovering context in new sessions.

Copy-pasting a 40-message Claude thread into your Claude code is not a workflow. Models are only getting more expensive and burning tokens is not the answer.

AI workflows won’t improve by sharing .MD files, it’s having context that moves between everything.

ChatGPT Memory stays in ChatGPT. Claude Projects stay in Claude. By design. If you want context that crosses tools, native memory can't help. but we can.

The reason you open the same AI tool every day isn't loyalty. It's that the other one doesn't know what you're working on, and you don't have half an hour to catch it

The slowest part of using AI tools well is re-establishing context every time you switch

Two weeks of posts on one problem: your AI context shouldn't be locked inside whichever tool you happened to say it in. MemoryBase closes that gap. ChatGPT and Claude on day one, more integrations behind that.

AI tools got better at remembering. They didn't get better at sharing.
