The modern battlefield runs on vital building blocks, and T3 Defense is acquiring them to create the asymmetric edge. The process is clear: Map the battlefield, identify the critical components, and scale the companies behind them to meet surging global demand. Our CEO @MennyShalom breaks it down: calcalistech.com/ctechnews/arti… Thank you @calcalist for the conversation and continued coverage of the defense tech ecosystem. #DFNS #DefenseTech #T3Defense #ModernBattlefield

@ColbyBadhwar The missile slowdown looks like progress. I'd be careful with that assumption. Drones don't need to win. They just need to keep forcing costly responses until the math stops working in your favor. That's when the real threat shows up.

🇦🇪 For 3 days in a row now, Iran has mustered fewer than 40 drones to attack the United Arab Emirates. Missile attacks remain consistently low. Guys, crazy take here, but I think Iran is losing.

People are reading the missile decline as good news. I'd read it as preparation. When a disposable drone forces a premium interceptor response, the economic asymmetry does the work for you. Drain the stockpile on cheap threats, then bring the missiles back when there's nothing left standing in their way.

#Iran’s IRGC missile campaign declined by ~89%. Its drone saturation campaign did not Three GCC cases support the trend: 🇦🇪 UAE: 89% down (148 to 17) 🇧🇭 Bahrain: 82% down (45 to 8 on Mar 7) 🇸🇦 KSA: 83% down (6 on Mar 6 to 1 on Mar 8) Yet drones tell another story (~75% share): 🇦🇪 UAE: ~21% down (148 to 117), with daily volume stabilizing at 112–131 🇧🇭 Bahrain: +44% (9 to 13), with daily volume fluctuating between 8 & 32 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia: (2 to 37), a late surge with lower overall volume peaking on Mar 7–8 This shows: 🔹#IRGC missile tempo degraded under stockpile stress and launcher attrition. Will it surge? 🔹Drone saturation remained sustainable during this phase 🔹Interceptor inventory remained under sustained pressure 🔹The campaign adapted under heavy US-Israeli pressure Degraded. Not defeated — and increasingly drone-led. Data, drawn from official Gulf MoDs & OSINT, may be cited with attribution to Horizon Insights, Research & Advisory. The IRGC missile campaign is collapsing. Its drone war isn’t Two states support the trend: 🇦🇪 UAE: -93% (137 to 9) 🇧🇭 Bahrain: -91% (45 to 4) Both in 6 days. This shows 🔹Stockpile stress & launcher attrition from US/Israeli strikes 🔹Drone saturation Degraded. Not defeated

Thank you to Amy Shapiro for featuring DFSL in her Calcalistech article on Israeli companies developing technologies to counter drone threats. We were proud to host our partner DFSL at the T3 Defense Inc. booth during Defense Tech Expo, where they presented their technology to industry partners and visitors. Geopolitical tension moves markets quickly. Headlines trigger immediate reactions. Long-term value in defense, however, is not built on headlines. It is built on execution. For public defense companies, the fundamentals remain constant: delivery discipline, program visibility, manufacturing depth, engineering capability, and strong governance. These factors determine resilience far more than short-term price movement. Volatility can distract from what matters most -operational continuity and the ability to meet commitments under pressure. At T3 Defense, our focus remains on backlog visibility, production reliability across our subsidiaries, and responsible capital management. Those priorities do not change with the news cycle. Markets may fluctuate. Execution cannot. Sustainable defense businesses are defined by systems, people, and discipline, not only momentum. This is exactly what we mean by being in "the new era of defense." #DFNSEra #Iran #NationalSecurity #Defense

Tiltan Software Engineering, a T3 Defense company, has secured two new defense programs. One contract supports synthetic data generation for AI training for maritime and aerial autonomous platforms with a strategic Asian defense research institute. Another will deliver advanced simulation and Hardware-in-the-Loop capabilities for an optronic remote control system with a leading Israeli defense company. Strong momentum across the T3 Defense ecosystem. #T3Defense #DFNS #AI #Automation

This is what I mean when I talk about a new era of defense. The real shift isn't just about platforms, it's about the industrial base underneath them. The companies designing, engineering, and manufacturing the technologies that make those platforms work. That's where the bottleneck is, and that's where the opportunity is.
T3 Defense Inc (Nasdaq: DFNS)@T3_Defense_Inc

Behind every major defense platform is a network of specialized companies doing the real work: sensors, software, precision manufacturing. The Israel-Iran conflict has put the entire defense ecosystem into motion. Governments and industry are rethinking what capacity and capability actually need to look like. This shift is happening across the full industrial base. #Iran #MiddleEastConflict #DFNS #IsraelIranWar

@staddann @mennyshalom The world needs to hear about DFNS. This is exactly the time to increase visibility — in a period of rising global tensions, operational leadership in critical defense infrastructure matters more than ever. DFNS isn’t just investing — it’s stepping up.

The conversation around asymmetric warfare reinforces something we believe deeply at T3 Defense: the execution layer of the defense industrial base is now strategic terrain. Innovation needs resilient manufacturing, qualified suppliers, and surge-ready production systems, to translate into battlefield advantage.

@TigayBarry Smart investments compound. Israel’s operational integration of extended-range capabilities on the F-35I Adirdoes more than enhance one fleet. It generates real-world data, validated performance, and rapid iteration that strengthens the entire F-35 Lightning II enterprise.

Is US military aid to Israel a good investment? Here is just one example worth billions. Israeli Ambassador to the US, Yechiel Leiter, just gave an interview to Israel Hayom in which he stated that Israel has developed and integrated conformal/range-extending fuel tanks on its F-35I Adir jets. These preserve the aircraft’s stealth characteristics while significantly increasing range (enough to reach Iran without aerial refueling) and allow four additional missiles to be carried on the wings. The development has been in the works for years and was battle-tested in Israeli operations (including the June 2025 conflict with Iran, referred to in Israel as Operation Rising Lion). Independent reporting confirms the wing-mounted missiles were already used in combat and developed in coordination with Lockheed Martin and the Pentagon’s F-35 program. The number of flight hours our pilots have on the F-35 is greater than that of all the pilots of the other foreign countries that were partners in developing the aircraft. The feedback from our pilots reaches Lockheed Martin. When I visited there a few weeks ago, their CEO told me that Israel’s information and developments “are worth many billions to my company.”

@DefenseScoop The Navy is right to focus not just on platforms, but on orchestration. At T3 Defense Inc., we see the future AI-enabled, cross-domain, and deployable at speed. Winning in the unmanned era will depend less on owning systems and more on synchronizing them.

To shareholders commenting and asking questions. I hear you, I understand and share the concerns. Most of my personal wealth is invested in the business, started paying my own cash and buying companies which I got stocks in return ... with no markup. I personally guarantee all the subsidiaries debt that support their working capital and growth.
