Democratic primary voters are leaning very heavy into a "the environment will carry all" mentality in way they very much did not in 2018. I think this significantly raises the possibility of 2026 being a 2022 in reverse with pretty fractured results nationally.

Yes we know about the difference between particulates (microscopic solids) and gasses (not solids) dipshit. It means you use the combination filters and not just the particulate filters (because fire produces particulate debris and gas!)

Then as soon as it happens, complete and total “oh god that didnt bring my dad back what the fuck have I done”

@BigMeanInternet I think the most useful approach is to ask “why not”, and the main answer there would be if you’re organizing stuff that’s got a very different level of legality. If you’re organizing legal things, no reason not to group in the mass public movement. If not, then not in that org.

@mental_ilIinois For some of us it isn't dark anyway. That's where I am at. Our earliest sunset is 5:11pm. It is still light out for another half hour or so after that, so almost 6pm light out. This is on the western edge of the EST time zone.
