In prop trading, emotional control is more valuable than strategy. Because under pressure, you don’t rise to your strategy you fall to your habits. If your habit is revenge trading, you’ll repeat it. If your habit is discipline, you’ll protect your capital. The market tests you daily. Your job is to stay neutral. No highs. No lows. Just execution.
