Testing the helicopter mod in GTA 3, made by our friend Inglorious Basterd. He’s been creating some insane mods for both GTA 3 and GTA Vice City, and we took the opportunity to see how everything plays with our new dual analog controller, the DreamColor Plus. You guys have no idea what’s coming next for the Dreamcast scene… we’re just getting started!

In the span of 2 days, we went from "Wow, that looks pretty good, kinda like the scaled back version of RE4 that got released for the iPhone 3GS back in 2009," to talking about the technical feasibility of gloss-mapping Leon's leather jacket to recreate the effect that was present in the Gamecube version but was cut from the Playstation 2 port.
...best prepare ourselves for the impending PS2 fanboy mass meltdown.🤣

With all of this talk regarding the leaked GTA 4 build, it's interesting to note that whilst this was also found at a car boot in Edinburgh for £5. The name of the console is 'Les_Home' Which can only refer to one man, Leslie Benzies.

@real_faox @ViviTheFoxx to clarify regarding this, his model name and textures are generic stubs like every other model in the game. the concrete confirmations re. Commander = HUNK come from the 'scenariojump' debug tool the devs used for the game, as the files are left in that. 1/2

I should also note that while effectively confirmed to be HUNK, the only reason why their pages on the Resident Evil wiki are separate is because staff want explicit confirmation from CapCom.

Was "The Commander" really Hunk though? Something about people saying that just didn't sit right with me. Was there some concrete confirmation or is it theory?
