“There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline?”

@Senzovideo If u did Nigeria people and culture in university u will understand why it is like that. The bigger culture always have influence over the smaller once. Even the port harcourt pidgin is highly influenced by the ijaw language e.g words like akpa man, Akpa means bag in ijaw

@ChumaNnoli Bruno has been consistent in the league this season, I may be wrong I think he has the highest MOTM and Player of the month award, he is first 2 in almost all positive stats in the EPL this season. All this started be Carrick.

Erling Haaland has 31 goal contributions in the Premier League this season having scored 24 goals and gotten 7 assists for a title contending Manchester City.
On the other hand, Bruno Fernandes has 27 goal contributions, hitting 19 assists and 8 goals for a 3rd placed Manchester United.
So why is Haaland not being mentioned as favourite for the Player of the season award seeing the argument many people are making for Bruno is the fact that he’s had 19 assists.
Are assists now greater than goals on the football priority list?
My point is, make your case for the brilliant Bruno with other valid points beyond just the talk of the great number of assists he’s had this term.

@_Samcleave @Viva_asubz You're always spreading fake news on this app and saying things no nothing about just because you don't like Peter Obi. You can hate, but at least say the truth.

@Sifon_Bassey It is okay you're starting with Akpabio strongest forte. This is from grok. Perhaps if you have a spare time you could read through it. Infrastructure does not start Nd end with erecting a stadium.

Soboma George
He was gentle in appearance that if you have not encountered him or heard of him you might easily take him for granted.
Soboma George, who hailed from Buguma community in the Asari-Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State, then was second-in-command to Ateke Tom's Icelander Confraternit.
In June 2005, Soboma George and some of his gang members were arrested and taken to Port Harcourt Prisons, for allegedly shooting & killing Minabo Fiberesima.
The late Fiberesima was a staunch member of Dokubo-Asari’s Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force (NDPVF)
In same June, 2005, while Soboma and others were in prisons, Golden Kalio, the third-in-command, (Soboma’s junior officer) in the Ateke’s cult hierarchy had driven in his brand new mercedez E-Class Saloon car, to go to court to testify against Soboma and co, for their roles in the murder of Minabo Fiberesima. Soboma from his prison cell ordered the murder of Kalio. Kalio was shot several times in the chest by Soboma’s boys. He died instantly.
Eight days after the slaughtering of Kalio, a hit squad from the Icelander struck, to avenge the death of its commander. Senibo George, Soboma younger brother was abducted and butchered by Icelander’s henchmen; his shattered flesh and bones squeezed and parked in a sack bag and dumped at I.B Johnson, a popular street in Port Harcourt.
On hearing about his brothers demise, Soboma George plotted with Farah Ipallibo Dagogo for a rescue operation.
In late 2005, Farah Dagogo broke into Port Harcourt prison with his men, and freed Soboma George and other inmates.
The late Soboma George stayed in Owerri, Imo State capital for quite sometime before returning to Rivers State.
In August 2009, Soboma George accepted an amnesty offer made by the Nigerian government, under President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua.
On Tuesday, August 24, 2010, Soboma George, who should be in his early 30s, was was gunned down on a bloody August evening on Nembe Street in the Borokiri suburb of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The incident occurred shortly after Soboma, former warlord and leader of an arm of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND), and other agitators in the Niger Delta region accepted the offer of amnesty by then President Umar Yar’Adua in 2009.
Ironically, he was killed after watching a football match he organised as part of his philanthropic projects in the neighbourhood.
He was leaving the venue of one of the matches in his football tourney when shooting broke out. He was killed with two others, including a groundnut hawker, Joy John Ejims.

Also, Peter Obi is not a “lesser evil”.
I am again begging us all to have moral clarity.
The man who said if anyone finds N5 that he embezzled should come forward and he’d leave the race:
That man is not a “lesser evil” I am begging you guys.
The man who has donated more money to education and health from his own purse more than the CapEx for health by the government is not a “lesser evil”.
The man who left no debt but actual surplus in the treasury of the state he governed is not a “lesser evil”.
The man who has successfully without any corruption led as:
Chairman of Fidelity Bank Plc
Director of Fidelity Bank Plc
Chairman of Next International Nigeria Ltd
Chairman of Guardian Express Mortgage Bank Ltd
Chairman of Future View Securities Ltd
Chairman of Paymaster Nigeria Ltd
Chairman of Chams Nigeria Plc
Director of Chams Nigeria Plc
Director of Data Corp Ltd
Director of Card Centre Plc
Independent Non-Executive Director of Nigeria LNG Ltd:
Is not a “lesser evil”.
The man who went to Egypt to study how to make power constant for you is not a lesser evil.
The man who said he wouldn’t tax you unless he has prospered you isn’t a lesser evil.
The “lesser evil” bifurcation came when we wanted to choose between a corrupt incompetent Buhari and a corrupt incompetent Atiku.
I don’t really like politics Twitter. But I’m saying this so we all have moral clarity.
I am begging us all. Please, let’s dump these contrarian virtue signaling.
I am begging.
We are up against vicious people. These are the people who have witnessed around 5 generals and colonels die and nothing is moving them.
I am begging you all, please.

“There two standards I see in Nigeria: one standard for the north & another standard for the south. Whenever a few Igbo boys have gotten angry & reacted, they sent Air Force, Navy & Military to go & stop them. They take armored tanks to the east. But we see Fulani boys stand & speak on the internet, they say anything, do anything, & nothing moves. Instructions are given for nobody to move.”

Today , being the last day, Nigerians must file their tax to Tinubu's pocket. A young man has given reasons he won't pay tax.
" I won't pay tax because if I am being k!dnapped today, my family would have to raise ransom, If I am sick today, there is no government hospital that can give me proper treatment........."
