@hotteacreative_ Yes! This is why so many new brands are growing faster with older ones wondering why they can’t get that same growth. When the real struggle is that owners/ managers don’t see the value in the bts/ human side & want to stick to the old insta curated pretty feed and discounts 😅

No one wants to follow boring brand pages anymore. If I was building a brand, my focus would be on: 🍋 real before/after results 🍋 giving insight into company life 🍋 showing FACE People buy from people, it’s not rocket science 💭

@MartaUGCcontent Based on your portfolio the top video/ imagery very much gives influencer pose vibes, I would scroll on from a hiring perspective looking for organic/ UGC if I just saw that. The second half however is really strong and shows the products/more relatable than aspirational.
