When I started out as a freelance social media manager, I thought doing the work well was enough. Post consistently. Write good captions. Get results. Simple, right? Not quite. Here's what I actually wish I knew:

I spent the last 72 hours diving into her brand and building a content plan and strategy that actually reflects her style and tone. it’s been an eye opener for me and it wasn’t easy but I was satisfied seeing a plan come together for a real business which is the best feeling.
