Hire out of pain. Don't hire because you think you'll need someone soon or maybe sometime later. When you hire out of pain, you know exactly what the job is because you've been doing it yourself. You can evaluate performance because you know what good looks like. And the new hire knows you'll step back in if they fail, because you were just doing it last week.

Fire your marketer if: • They think holidays are a low crypto season • They set budgets assuming $10 per retained user • They insist that InfoFi is a great instrument • They expect retention of mercenary capital • They say "we failed because the market is bad" • They don't criticize your product and don't suggest improvements • They don't read Web2 marketing studies • They don't know that in 2025 the avg user cost in fintech was $150+ • They never heard about CustDev • They see marketing as "post on X" & "buy mentions" • They don't know what Similarweb is • They don't review marketing strat quarterly • They have another part-time job Now I'm ready for your hate show.

The problem with a lot of the advice on here regarding content is that it always goes to extremes. It's either 500 replies a day or none at all. It's either one article a day or none at all. The best way to grow is (and always was btw) to do what's authentic for you. Have a good mix of content that you enjoy creating, meaningful engagement etc. It's not rocket science
