@meagankae @ronsterd89 I agree big time, being able to order online is super convenient imo, for some it’s a necessity. I’m very glad they have been a good company for you, everyone deserves a job they like.

@mescilynn @ronsterd89 you are absolutely 100% correct on this! But it's good that grocery stores now offer customers multiple ways to shop. and everyone loves to hate on Walmart, but for me it's been an awesome company work for.

I was at Walmart earlier and I swear those employees with the big Spark shopping carts that go around picking items for online orders are constantly in the way. One of them had their cart parked sideways across the aisle while they were scanning items, and everyone else had to literally squeeze by just to get through. It amazes me how some people can have zero awareness of the customers around them. The store is already crowded and instead of moving their cart to the side, they just leave it wherever they feel like. At some point that stops being ‘doing your job’ and just turns into bad customer service. Honestly I’m probably going to say something to the front desk next time because if your job is to shop for orders, you should at least do it efficiently and not block entire aisles for everyone else. Am I the only one who notices this or does it drive anyone else crazy too? 🤔

@meagankae @ronsterd89 Take that same crew, change the U-boat to a pick cart, give them each one and send them to different parts of the store. They’re still working but their job is to shop instead of stock. People forget this is a new position and they start trying to hold them to the shop standard.

@meagankae @ronsterd89 People know when they shop don’t block the aisles. Don’t disrupt the workers working. They’re used to going into stores and seeing the crew breaking down palettes and stocking shelves they don’t care the aisles being blocked because they’re familiar with that.

@PhenodToy You could have thrown them on eBay and let the market decide probably would’ve been more than $1K. You could have sold them for $300 and somebody would’ve been upset they sold out so quickly. You could give toys out for free and you’d still probably get complaints.

@Nevrossorven Scalpers have been draining our website every time we list a limited quantity of toys, auctioning the items for twice the price... Being that there are only a few units left we thought it would be smarter to just list them for a little under market.

It actually turned out nice, the original double valve was for same reason impossible to close properly and was constantly opening when I was out with the new style IW Gryphon. New valve from @VinylVibeStudio is same as on the old gryphon.
