You'd think traditional devs would be vehemently against it, but I still remember the long line outside their booth at GDC last year.

Every model was generated in Meshy and vibe coded in Cursor. The indie game dev space is about to explode - with mostly slop. But it won't be slop forever.

A major update for my #vibejam 2026 game submission! Preview below (sound on!) Refined the gameplay - the game is a FFA GTA-style online shooter with vehicles (yes the vehicles have collision physics!) Other than shooter pvp, it features different missions that players can accept by walking to a location, for instance picking up a van full of stolen goods, and driving it to a dropoff location. Other players can steal your van if you get out, or blow you up! I'm also planning on a hit mission where an NPC spawns you need to kill, and if other players kill it you lose but they get cops spawned that try to kill the shooter. Otherwise, potentially another player can be the hit target - we'll see I also implemented the multiplayer server (using Colyseus) a directional sound engine and server events. The game files are starting to pile up, so all GLB models are compressed to a total served size of ~26MB, which isn't bad for a web based game Stay tuned for updates! @threejs @levelsio @boltdotnew @cursor_ai

Not endorsing AI for art in games and film. But I do keep up with the goings on. Made a character in @ChatGPTapp's GPT Image 2.0, made a mesh of it in @MeshyAI and a small clip with renders of the mesh in @runwayml using Seedance 2.0
