WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK! Last night, we saw the show BEAUTIFICA, which is playing at the Chabot Space & Science Center, in Oakland California, but it was a huge disaster! The projection system was extremely weak, making the entire show a dim and nearly colorless chore to watch. Without the vivid colors as they advertise in their video promotions, the show is lifeless and not worth the price of the ticket. While the music was great, the visuals were often barely discernable. It was as if someone turned the projection lighting system on extreme power save. The colors were completely washed out. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK! Ellison Horne San Francisco resident

The staff for @mesmerica360 straight up ignored us after we showed up a couple minutes late. Left us outside in the cold and pretended like they didn’t see us…
